Eating out in the rest of Bangalore.
Most of the famous restaurants in Bangalore are located in and around M. G. Road. Therefore it is advisable to take an autorickshaw from IISc. to M. G. Road. It will cost you around 50-60 rupees. Walk around the place and try out different food joints. Eating out at any of these restaurants will cost you around Rs.500-Rs.1500. In addition to trying out different cuisines, one can also go for shopping. For traditional things made out of sandalwood one can go to the Cauvery Arts Emporium (a government outlet) located at the M. G. Road and Brigade Road junction.
