Research Interest: I'm currently working on a high-throughput screening of pharmacological compounds to find a cure for Covid-19. I'm also interested in understanding the relationship between SARS-CoV-2 and cellular autophagy.

Research Interest: Currently working in a project related to neurodegeneration and autophagy using animal models. I am working under a collaborative project with Dr James Chelliah.

Like to play pranks, play with mice, watch movies and series, read fiction novels and neuroscience articles.

Research Interest: My research focuses on uncovering the intersection between SARS-CoV-2 and Autophagy. I am also focused on the development and validation of High-Throughput systems for the screening of antiviral compounds.

Qualifications: M.Sc (Microbiology) Department of Microbiology, University of Pune, Maharashtra.

Research Interest: I have interest in diverse fields of Biology. Currently, I am studying Pexophagy (Selective Autophagy of Peroxisomes) using Yeast as a model organism. Apart from Science, I like to do tribal art painting, bird watching, exploring archaeological sites as well as collecting naturally occurring rock and mineral specimens.
