Qualifications required: MSc in life sciences or BTech in biotechnology with good academic background and NET (JRF)/GATE qualified. Practical experience in techniques of gene cloning, purification of recombinant proteins, enzyme assays, bioinformatic analysis, protein structure analysis is desirable.
Project involves cloning of Plasmodium genes in E.coli and yeast expression systems, purification of recombinant enzymes, biochemical assays and genetic manipulation of Plasmodium berghei.
Duration of project: Till September, 2022
