Abstract:
Different polymer architectures and tuning the chemical structures of the same to suit and fulfill the functions
in diverse applications will be demonstrated. The structure-property relations of functional polymers and the
importance of microstructure and morphology will be explicitly dealt with. The fundamental theme of our research –
Synthesizing Functions and Control of Morphology – will be the key topic to be dealt with in this presentation.
The applications include electronics as well as ionics. As shown below, most of these applications have potential
for large-area solution processing and adaptability towards flexible devices.
