ETU organized the National Science Day program in association with the
Fellowships and Extensions Office. This year's theme was
"Integrated Approach in Science and Technology for a Sustainable
Future."
The event was inaugurated by Prof. G. U. Kulkarni, President,
JNCASR, and a short keynote address was delivered by
Bharat Ratna Professor C. N. R. Rao, founder president,
JNCASR. The occasion was also graced by
Dr. (Mrs.) Indumati Rao and Mr. Sanjay Rao.
Prof. N. S. Vidhyadhiraja compared the program, and
Mr. Vinayak Pattar delivered the vote of thanks.
The second part of the National Science Day, celebrated in the spirit of an
open day, was a grand success. It witnessed enthusiastic participation from
JNCASR students and researchers, along with around 270 students and 30
lecturers from various schools and colleges in and around Bangalore. The
program featured lab visits, experimental demonstrations, poster and video
presentations, and guided tours of the Chemical Heritage Exposition, Bharat
Ratna Galleries, and archives.

of JNCASR students and researchers.
Students and researchers demonstrated scientific experiments across
various labs at JNCASR.
Hands-on demonstrations of scientific concepts were conducted with
great enthusiasm.
The day included visits to the Chemical Heritage Exposition, Bharat
Ratna Galleries, and archives.
The guided tour, led by Mr. Vinayak Pattar, concluded the day with
visits to various scientific galleries and archives.
