Guidelines and Office Memorandum
Faculty members and Unit Secretaries can book Common Halls and their respective Unit Meeting/Classroom spaces directly. Officers have the privilege to book the New Council Room.
Other members must contact Hall Admins or Unit Chairs via email to book a venue.
The New Auditorium and AMRL Conference Dining Hall can be booked by Faculty members, Unit Secretaries, or other members by sending an email to ao[at]jncasr[dot]ac[dot]in.
