Glovebox

A glovebox is a specialised instrument that maintains a controlled atmosphere inside, which is utilised for various applications like solar cells, batteries, controlled chemical synthesis and many more. Our argon-filled glovebox has approx. 500 cm3 volume maintains the controlled atmosphere in the range of <10 PPM H2O and O2 . The glovebox is equipped with a hot plate inside and in the anti-chamber for degassing the sample in vacuum, high precision weighing balance, and a programmable spin coater with a maximum RPM of 10000. The glovebox is attached with an e-beam evaporator to facilitate the complete fabrication of atmosphere-sensitive devices inside the controlled atmosphere.
