I work on molecular cloning and purification of AEBP1 protein followed by assessing interactions of AEBP1 and its inhibitors. My study also includes investigating the differential gene expression levels, altered molecular mechanisms and regulated pathways affected by these AEBP1 inhibitors in patient derived glioma cell lines.
