SECTION: RESEARCH PROGRAMMES [Ph.D. / M.S.(Engg.) / M.S.(Research)]
Eligibility for Ph.D program shall also include the following
M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech. graduates from JNCASR/IISERs/IITs, with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 out of 10, shall be eligible to apply for the Ph.D. program without the requirement of qualifying in GATE or any other national entrance exams. Fellowship to the selected candidates shall be as per Centre’s norms.

- The Units offering admission will be mentioned in the application form.
- Selection to the degree or diploma programs of JNCASR is subject to excellent academic background, score/percentile/rank obtained in national fellowship exams, recommendations of the referees, and performance in the interview.
- Mere fulfilling the essential qualifications/eligibility criteria will not entitle an applicant to be shortlisted for an interview.
- The Committee shortlists candidates for the written test and/or interviews based on the Unit criteria.
