Very recently a really attention- grabbing and very interesting project in the field of quantum technology titled “Exotic Quantum phase states driven through frustrated magnetism ” has been started by our lab. Inspiration of the project lies in the recent investigations which show a very close relationship between frustrated magnetism and quantum criticality. In this project, new materials will be discovered and study of their magnetism and electrical transport properties will be done in order to probe possible quantum critical phases. There are three parameters (Pressure, Chemical substitution and Magnetic field) which can help us to get into quantum critical phase. We will be using all three parameters to explore the magnetic phase diagram of the material down to 1.8 K using MPMS (Magnetic Properties Measurement System) and PPMS (Physical properties measurement system).
