Introduction to PathfindHers
PathfindHers is a women-only forum designed to provide a safe, supportive space for women in the workplace to share their experiences and challenges openly. By bringing these voices together, we aim to identify the issues that are not just my problems, but our problems—and use these collective insights to inform policy discussions and advocate for meaningful change.
The forum meets once a month to discuss a range of topics that matter to women, from everyday workplace concerns to long-term career growth. PathfindHers also offers reassurance that no woman is alone, while fostering mentorship, visibility, and connection. It provides role models for younger women and a strong networking base for women at all stages of their careers.
Together, we can strengthen the pipeline, support one another, and create a more inclusive future for all women.
