Temperature and pressure induced structural transitions of lead iodide perovskites

One of the most challenging aspects of hybrid lead iodide perovskites is understanding their phase transitions. To have better understanding, we have reviewed known structures of three conventional lead iodide perovskites, CsPbI3, MAPbI3 and FAPbI3 under temperature, pressure, and other external factors, and have also included photo-physical properties of different phases as well as their structure-composition-property relations.
