B) Facilities
- Seating Capacity: 14 (Inner Circle) + 16 (Outer Circle)
- Audio-Visual Equipment: Multimedia device available
- Catering (Foyer of Nano building): ₹ 5,000/- + Tax (chargeable for all categories)
C) Booking Procedure
- Booking: Bookings shall be made in advance through the President Secretariat.
- Confirmation: A confirmation email/mail shall be sent by the President Secretariat (subject to availability).
D) Rules and Regulations
- Maintain Hall and Foyer (Nano building) Cleanliness & Decorum: Failing which penalty will be imposed. Penalty amount will be decided by the Competent Authority at the Centre and will be deducted from Security Deposit in case of damages. This is intended to recover financial losses that might be incurred by the Centre due to lapses or action by the third-party organisers.
- Timings: Adhere to scheduled timings.
- Facilities & Equipment: Ensure careful usage and proper maintenance of of facilities and equipment.
E) Cancellation Policy
Minimum 3 days’ advance notice is required for cancellation.
