Prof. Chandrabhas Narayana obtained his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in 1995 and carried out postdoctoral research in the Materials Science and Engineering Department of Cornell University, NewYork from 1995 to 1998. He joined JNCASR as an assistant Professor in 1998. Currently he is also holding the position of Director of Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (RGCB), Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala.
