Generation of an OCIAD2 overexpressing transgenic human embryonic stem cell line, BJNhem20-OCIAD2-OV

OCIAD1 is known to maintain energy metabolic requirements of hESCs (Shetty et al., 2018). However, the role of its genomic neighbour, OCIAD2, is not known in this regard. A constitutively OCIAD2 overexpressing line will help understand the role of OCIAD proteins in various aspects of stem cell biology.
