I was born and brought up in West Bengal, India. I pursued my undergraduation (BSc) from University of Calcutta and postgraduation (MSc) from IIT Kharagpur. I joined the group as a PhD student in September, 2020. My research interest lies in the development of heterogeneous catalyst for CO2 reduction and solid state structural chemistry. Besides that my other interest includes playing cricket, voiceovers, music and crafts new things.
I have come from Guskara, a small town in West Bengal. I did my schooling in East West Model School in Talit. After completing B.Sc. in Chemistry in Vivekananda Mahavidyalaya in Burdwan, I pursued M.Sc. in Visva-Bharati university, Shantiniketan. To quench the thirst for science, I joined Ph.D. in materials chemistry where I am currently working on catalyst design for its applications in room temperature fuel cells and water splitting. Apart from research, I have an inclination for singing, penning poems and photography.
Currently pursuing Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Sebastian C. Peter at New Chemistry Unit, Jawaharlal Nehru Centre For Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR). Received my Integrated MSC degree from the School of Chemistry, University of Hyderabad in 2018. Research interests include the design, synthesis, and characterization of nanostructured materials and their applications in energy storage and conversion.
I am from Assam. I have completed by B.Sc. from Tezpur University, Assam and completed my M.Sc. from IIT Hyderabad. My passion to learn the subject and doing research motivated me to pursue PhD in chemistry. I have joined the group in September 2021 after qualifying CSIR-JRF. Besides the passion for chemistry, I love to play football and travel with my friends
I was born and brought up in the beautiful city of Guwahati, Assam. My undergraduate studies in Chemistry were concluded at B.Borooah College in Guwahati. I then attended Gauhati University in Assam to complete my Master's degree in Chemistry. I started my doctoral studies in Prof. Sebastian C. Peter's lab in 2022, and I'm now focusing on designing catalysts for use in CO2 reduction. When I am not doing research I enjoy exploring new places and playing volleyball and cricket.

Playing cricket, music, singing, and poetry are my favorite pastimes.
Myself Diku Raj Deka. I was born and grew up in Assam, Baihata Chariali. I completed my higher secondary and B.Sc degree at B. Borooah College, Guwahati. Then moved to Hyderabad for my master’s degree at the University of Hyderabad. I joined this group on 1 Aug 2022 as a PhD student under a UGC fellowship. My area of research is based on thermo-catalytic CO2 reduction and capture.
Hello, I am Geetansh. I hold a Bsc non medical degree from Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar, Haryana. I joined JNCASR in 2021 as an Integrated PhD student. I am working under Prof. Sebastian C. Peter and I have a deep passion for electrocatalytic CO2 reduction. Beyond my academic pursuits, I have a keen interest in cricket, travelling and basketball.

I joined Int. PhD. Chemical Sciences in JNCASR and currently pursuing research on Water Electrolysis and Fuel Cell under the supervision of Prof. Sebastian C. Peter. My hobbies are photography, travelling, gardening and collecting antiques.
I was born and grew up in Punjab, India. I did my schooling at Sarvhitkari Vidya Mandir, Bhikhi, Punjab. I completed my graduation and postgraduation in Chemistry Honors from Akal University, Talwandi Sabo, Punjab. To further explore the science, I joined as a PhD student in this group on July 7, 2023. My research interest lies in designing semiconductor materials and their applications in photocatalysis, mainly for CO2 reduction. Along with research, I love to play badminton, draw, sketch, and listen to music.
