Born and brought up in Kolkata, I am Sayan Das, a first-year Ph.D. researcher driven by a passion for sustainable energy and carbon-neutral technologies. After completing my B.Sc. from Sree Chaitanya College, Habra (2021) and my M.Sc. from the University of Hyderabad (2023), I qualified CSIR-JRF and GATE, strengthening my commitment to advanced research. My work focuses on designing high-efficiency photocatalytic systems for CO₂ conversion into value-added fuels. Beyond the lab, I engage in music, sports, travelling, and cooking—pursuits that fuel creativity and balance in both research and life.
